Privacy Policy

Summary: Work Time Tracker works offline. It does not use advertising, analytics, user accounts, cloud storage, or tracking services. Work-session data and location data used by the app are stored locally on your device and are not sent to Mini Fox Labs or shared with third parties.

1. Information the app uses

Work Time Tracker may use the following information:

Work-session information such as start time, end time, duration, and manually entered time records.
Location information, when you allow location access, to record the location associated with the start or end of a work session.

2. How your data is stored

Work-session data and any location information recorded by the app are stored locally on your device using a local Room database.

Work Time Tracker does not upload this information to Mini Fox Labs servers and does not provide cloud backup or cloud synchronization.

3. Location permissions

If you enable location access, Work Time Tracker may use approximate or precise location information to record where a work session starts or ends, including while the timer is active if required for this feature.

You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in Android Settings.

4. Notifications and foreground service

The app may use Android notifications and a foreground service to keep an active work timer running and to show its status while the app is not in the foreground.

5. Data collection and sharing

Mini Fox Labs does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal information through Work Time Tracker.

The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or third-party account systems.

6. Network access

Work Time Tracker is designed to function offline and does not require network requests for its core functionality.

7. Data deletion

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete work-session records from within the app where that option is available. You can also remove the app and its locally stored data through Android system settings.

8. Children's privacy

Work Time Tracker is a general productivity tool intended for people managing their working time. It is not designed specifically for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's functionality or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
