Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Studio, desktop software published by Mini Fox Labs (“we”, “us”). By installing or using AI Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. Separate terms may apply to a purchase or a third-party service.
1. The software
AI Studio is a creator workspace for planning and producing video content, using local or connected tools, and managing supported social and productivity integrations. Features may change as the product develops. The current feature set, system requirements, price and license conditions will be shown with the relevant release or offer. A preview or beta feature may be incomplete, changed, or withdrawn.
2. License and acceptable use
Subject to any separate purchase or license terms, Mini Fox Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AI Studio for its intended purpose. Do not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or misuse the software except where applicable law permits or we authorize it. Do not use AI Studio to violate law, infringe another person's rights, bypass platform restrictions, or interfere with the security or operation of a service.
Some customer releases require activation and periodic license validation. Do not share activation credentials or attempt to bypass license limits. If a license expires or is revoked under its applicable terms, access to licensed features may stop.
3. Your content and generated output
You retain rights you hold in content you provide to AI Studio. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content, including music, images, video, voices, personal data and channel materials. Subject to third-party terms and applicable law, output generated for you is provided for your use; we do not promise that generated output is unique, accurate, lawful, or free of third-party rights.
You are responsible for reviewing content before using or publishing it, and for complying with applicable laws, disclosure requirements, and the rules of each platform. AI Studio does not guarantee reach, monetization, account approval, or publication by TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, or another service.
4. Third-party services
AI Studio may connect to services that you select and configure, including AI providers, social platforms, analytics, messaging, local model software and update services. Those services are operated independently and may require separate accounts, credentials, fees or approvals. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. You authorize AI Studio to make requests to a provider only when you configure and use the related integration. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, decisions, content, or changes to their APIs.
5. Updates and availability
We may provide updates, maintenance, security fixes or new features. Some features require an internet connection, a compatible device, third-party credentials, or a paid provider account. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device or provider version.
6. Disclaimers and liability
AI Studio is provided subject to the warranties and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional promises that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, Mini Fox Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from use of the software or a third-party service. You should keep backups of important projects and review provider permissions before connecting an account.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AI Studio and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to a licensed service where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or enforcement of the applicable license terms. On termination, stop using the software and remove copies you are not licensed to retain. This does not affect rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the product changes. The current version will be published here with its effective date. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. For questions, contact support@minifoxlabs.com.
These Terms do not reduce any mandatory rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
