Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mini Fox Labs (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use AI Studio, our desktop software for video creators. It applies to AI Studio and its integrations, not to other Mini Fox Labs products.
1. Information processed on your device
AI Studio can process information you choose to enter or create, such as channel profiles, project settings, prompts, scripts, production notes, media files, generated content and workflow history. These working files are designed to be stored in your local AI Studio workspace. You control that workspace and can remove its files from your device.
If you configure integrations, AI Studio may store the credentials needed to use them, such as API keys, OAuth tokens, a YouTube refresh token, or a Telegram bot token and chat ID. These are stored locally rather than in a Mini Fox Labs content account. In supported Windows customer builds, certain credentials and license state are protected using Windows DPAPI. Anyone with access to your device or workspace may otherwise be able to access local data; protect your device and backups.
2. AI and connected services
When you choose a cloud AI, research, analytics, publishing or messaging integration and use a feature that calls it, the information needed for that request may be sent directly from your installation to the provider you configured. This can include prompts, selected text or media, account identifiers, and the credential required to authenticate the request. The provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Review those terms before connecting a service. Local models, when used, run on your device; their processing is subject to the software and model you install.
If you connect a TikTok account through an available AI Studio integration, TikTok may provide the basic profile information permitted by the scope you authorize (such as an account identifier and profile display information). AI Studio uses it to identify the connected account and to perform only the actions you authorize in the app. You can disconnect the integration and revoke access through TikTok. TikTok's own privacy policy also applies.
AI Studio does not sell your project content or use connected social account data for advertising. We do not receive your prompts or media merely because you use AI Studio; they are sent to a provider when you choose a feature that requires that provider.
3. License and update services
For customer builds that require license activation, AI Studio contacts Mini Fox Labs' license service at api.minifoxlabs.com. An activation or license check may send the license credential, a device or installation identifier, device platform/name and app version so the service can issue or validate an entitlement and enforce the permitted device limit. License and activation records are retained as needed to provide and protect the licensing service and meet applicable obligations.
If you request an update check, the app may contact its configured update service to retrieve version and release information. It does not upload your project files as part of an ordinary update check.
4. Data sharing, security and retention
We share information only as needed to operate the features you request, including with the AI, social, analytics, messaging, licensing or update provider you choose, and with infrastructure providers that deliver those services. We do not sell personal information. Data stored on your device remains there until you delete it, subject to your operating system, backups and any copies you export. Third-party providers control their own retention.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a desktop application, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your software and device protected, use trusted providers, and do not enter information you are not entitled to use.
5. Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to connect third-party services, which providers to configure, and what content to send to them. You can disconnect an integration, revoke its authorization with the provider, remove local project data, or uninstall AI Studio. For a request about personal information held by Mini Fox Labs' licensing service, contact us and include enough information to locate the record without sending passwords or access tokens. Your rights depend on the laws that apply to you.
6. Children and changes
AI Studio is a general-purpose creator tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information. We may update this Policy when the software or its data practices change; the effective date above will be updated when a revised version is published.
