Privacy Policy for Flow
Flow is an offline-first Android app for tasks, reminders, shopping lists and birthdays. Mini Fox Labs designed Flow so that your everyday information stays on your device and is not sent to Mini Fox Labs servers.
1. Information processed by Flow
Depending on the features you use, Flow may process information you enter or select, including task titles, reminder text and schedules, shopping items and categories, birthday names and dates, phone numbers selected for birthday entries, contact photos you choose, reminder sound selections, and app preferences such as language and settings.
2. Local storage
Your Flow data is stored locally in the app's private storage on your Android device. Flow does not require a Mini Fox Labs account and does not upload your task, reminder, shopping or birthday data to Mini Fox Labs.
3. Contacts and phone numbers
If you choose a contact for a birthday entry, Flow only uses the information you explicitly select or provide for that entry, such as a name or phone number. This information is stored locally for the feature you requested and is not sent to Mini Fox Labs.
4. Photos
If you choose a photo for a birthday entry, Flow may keep an app-private copy so it can continue to display the photo. Flow does not upload these photos to Mini Fox Labs.
5. Notifications, reminders and alarms
Flow uses Android notification and alarm features to deliver reminders at the times you choose. Depending on your Android version and settings, the app may request notification, exact alarm or full-screen notification access. These permissions are used only to provide reminder functionality.
6. Android backup
Flow may participate in Android's standard device backup system if backup is enabled for your device. Backup and restore are controlled by Android and your device or Google account settings. Mini Fox Labs does not receive or inspect the contents of your Android backup.
7. Internet, analytics and advertising
Flow is designed to work offline. The app does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, behavioural tracking, or Mini Fox Labs cloud synchronization. Opening external links such as the privacy page, developer page or Google Play may use another app on your device, such as a browser or Google Play.
8. Data sharing
Mini Fox Labs does not sell your Flow data and does not share your task, reminder, shopping, birthday, contact or photo data with advertisers or other third parties.
9. Data retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete individual entries, use Flow's data deletion controls where available, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Android backup copies, if enabled, are governed by your Android/Google backup settings.
10. Feedback emails
If you choose Send feedback, Flow opens your email app and prepares a message to Mini Fox Labs. The prepared message may include basic technical information such as the Flow version, Android version, device manufacturer and model. You can review and edit the email before sending it. Flow does not send this information automatically.
11. Children's privacy
Flow is a general productivity app and is not designed to collect personal information from children through Mini Fox Labs servers. Because Flow stores user-entered content locally, parents or guardians should supervise device use where appropriate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Flow changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
